I found this art book very interesting because of the picture on the front. I love coffee so I found this very interesting. I can see the pattern of the coffee beans and the lines from the steam of the coffee. The actual coffee cup is emphasized. This picture also represents unity because all of the designs on the book relate to coffee. The colors also relate to unity because the colors are brown beige which all has to do with coffee. This is why i find this handmade book so interesting.

This is a painting of the earth that uses lines, shapes, pattern to make a complex designs. There are two colorful shapes of what I interpret to be eyes. There are also different colors and designs all over the picture.  The patterns and colors also create a rhythm to the drawing. I think this is a drawing of the earth and it is making a happy face. Inferring that this is a good planet we live on and we should treat it right.

The artist included the elements of shape and color. I believe so because in the picture there are squares and circles. They are all surrounding each other also. I can also see the different colors that are in the picture. The colors gives the picture life and makes it stand out. The two principals that are being displayed are unity and rhythm. The shapes and the design for the unity. The circles surrounding the squares displays rhythm.
