I that these pieces of art that I created are some of my best. Some of these are just simple skeches like the sketch of the tree in the court yard. But I think that they are even better than the artwork that I spent days almost weeks working on. An example of a longlasting artwork would be the cell phone that I created with the help of a partner. Lastly, the "Mona Lisa" that I created was supposed to be just for fun but it turned out to be one of my favorite art pieces.

A 20th century artist that I think is changing the way we see ourselves, culture and other  cultures as well is Robert Rauschenberg. To begin with, I like the way that he blends multiple issues and cultures together. Like he did on the picture above. He put multiple hot topics and issues into one piece of artwork. I really think that ths is groundbreaking because many artists before him did not this.

In this painting I think the artist, Andy Warhol was trying to express his visions as well as his everyday life. For example, all of the different colors and designs are showing his preference for a variety of things in life. He  probably does not prefer just the norm he visions his life bing extraordinary and unexplainable. Also, this artwork probably reveals his level of uncertainty. In  this picture you can not make out what this is. I think he was saying that you cant make out or predict a lot of things in his life. All in all, this painting shows Andy Warhol's variety for things in life as well as his uncertainty.

Paris is a place where I would really enjoy living. I would enjoy living there because of its beauty. This is a picture of Paris at night time. To me, this picture is just beautiful. It seems like a wonderful place to live because it is kind of similar to the urban areas in our countries. The Eifel Tower is towering over the rest of the city. Kind of like how the Willis Tower towers of our city. Hopefully one day I will be able to visit this beautiful city.

Hi my name is argirl 200. I know your wondering where is this place located that your looking at. This is place far far away from where you are right now. I am not the only one living here. There are many more argirls and arboys that are present here. Life here is very different from your life. We do not have buildings and towers as you can see. We have caves and rocks that we live in. The surface is even different from yours. We have a sort of rocky surface. What is so special about this surface is that you can eat it. That is where we get our food from, the ground! I know tour think ewww but its not that disgusting at all it is actually good. Life here is also peaceful. There daily activities that goes on in your place does not go on here. Maybe you would like to come and visit us one of these days.

This artwork was done by a strret artist by the name of Shepard Fairley. This can be considered street art because a couple of years ago and even still today you sometimes see this pictures on buildings and other public places. When researching Shepard Fairley I discovered that he was a supporter of Obama. He admits that he has followed him every since that democratic convention of 2004. He created these stencils to demonstrate his support and also to promote support for Obama. These pictures can be seen on shirts, buildings and even on posters.

This object interests me because it is very unique. For instance, the tail of the unicorn is tied into a bow which is so cute. He also has a heart tattooed on him with what appears to be the name of the person he is in love with. The unicorn is supposed to be in love and a unicorn can not breathe different color fire. So i can conclude the the artists is trying to say that love can make you do crazy things. This is why I am interested in this finding.

I chose the candy Pop Rocks as my nostalgia object because it brings back a lot of good memories for me when I was younger. For instance, when i was younger every time I went to the store I wanted my mom to buy me this candy.  I would always want more than one pack too. Also, I can remember when I got in trouble for eating it during church. When it was very quiet all you could hear was the popping of the candy. Lastly, this is an nostalgia object for me because When I think back on how good the candy used to be and how much fun I used to have with it it makes me want to go out and buy some right now.

John Baldessari can be considered to be a postmodern artist due to the strategies he uses when constructing his art work. For example, he uses a lot of recontextualization. He forces people to think about that subject of his artwork as he uses bright colors to block out certain areas in his paintings. Also, his work is not considered a cliche because he does not use the same pictures over and over again. His work is some what of a surprise. He surprises people because you do not expect to see what could be key parts of the image blocked out. This is why John Baldessari can be considered a postmodern artist.
